At CentroMotion, we offer ongoing support, resources and benefits designed to help our employees enjoy their jobs today and plan for tomorrow. We create our benefit plans to ensure ease of use, so they have a robust online presence and simple mobile access:

Medical, dental, vision and prescription drug plans

All of our benefit providers were chosen for their robust electronic access and support services. An online quick care guide helps employees find the right type of care, primary, virtual, urgent or emergency, to match their condition and situation. The virtual visit option adds an extra layer of convenience, allowing employees to access care online anytime, talking with providers from a mobile device or computer. Using the electronic health care estimator, employees can compare appointment and procedure costs, and review claims and statements.

Our plan’s pharmacy services management program is equally convenient. It allows employees to find the most cost-effective and convenient way to get their medications, by mail order or through a local pharmacy. For dental care coverage, employees can choose to access benefits online or simply scan a QR code to download the app.

Support services for all types of coverage are always available by phone or the click of a button.

To continually educate employees about their benefits, CentroMotion’s benefit newsletter offers monthly tips and suggestions to help control health care costs and guide employees as they navigate their benefits. To provide a top-notch employee experience, CentroMotion also has an “Ask a Benefits Expert” section in the self-service portal of our HRIS system. The portal connects employees to the corporate HR team to quickly and easily answer benefit questions.

Health and flexible savings accounts

CentroMotion offers employees a choice of a health savings or flexible spending account. Both accounts offer employees the opportunity to contribute pre-tax funds from their paychecks to pay for eligible medical, dental and vision expenses. Employees with an HSA can earn interest on their tax-free funds and roll them over from year to year. When the account reaches a certain level, employees have the opportunity to invest their dollars, and if they leave CentroMotion or retire, they can take their HSA with them.

Life insurance and disability coverage

Like many companies, CentroMotion offers short- and long-term disability coverage to help employees manage unexpected life events that could cause financial hardship for them or their family. Additional life insurance options also are available, including supplemental life insurance, critical illness and accident coverage.

401K program and free financial advice

We look for ways to help our employees boost their retirement savings, encouraging a 401K contribution of at least 5 percent so employees receive the maximum company matching contribution. Should employees need investment guidance or help with financial matters, CentroMotion offers the free MoneyAdvice@Work® program through Francis Investment Counsel, for one-on-one advice face-to-face, online, by phone or through the app. Regardless of income or life stage, the program provides sales-free and objective guidance. Monthly educational webinars also are available.

Educational reimbursement and scholarship programs

At CentroMotion, employees are our greatest asset, and we believe educational advancement shouldn’t be hindered by cost. We offer an educational reimbursement program to help employees reach their fullest potential, including associate, undergraduate and graduate study programs. A global scholarship program also is available for employees’ children who plan to continue their education as full-time students.

Employee assistance program

To help manage any personal challenges that may arise, including financial issues, mental health or hardships, CentroMotion offers a free, confidential employee assistance program. Guidance is available in person for short-term issues, or 24/7 through the website or mobile app.
